Friday, 08 October 2021 is a historic day for Sarulla Operations Ltd ("SOL"). Through management decisions, the company's vision and mission are conveyed to all employees on that day. Armed with the milestone that have been achieved by the company until recent, the vision and mission are expected to be the company's fundamental in carrying out its operations in order to be a geothermal power plan that is reliable in making the best contribution to the stakeholders and become the pride of the nation as well as global.
The Company's vision and mission was conveyed by Hisao Nakano as Chief Executive (CE) to employees through online which connected the office at the project site with the Jakarta office. On that occasion Hisao Nakano stated that as a national pride project, Sarulla Operations never failed in its duty to supply stable electricity to the people in North Sumatra, This is certainly inseparable from the hard work and dedication of the employees as a Sarulla big family. "on behalf of the management, I express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to all the frontline teams who have a very crucial role to play in the continuity of the operations“ he said.
The Management also invited Rangga Wirapasa as a representative of employees in delivering his testimony about the event. According to him, this vision and mission is very important in order to carry out obligations through the steps that are in line to achieve the goal. “It is important for us to work hand in hand to achieve the goal, where the Company as a shelter to us as a big family in all conditions as well as a place in making a living, then it would be great for us to work together to make the best contribution to the company" he said.
